Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Merchandise presentation and range maintenance according to organic standards
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
